• Room sizes shown are as printed on the unit floor plans.
• Distances and travel times are approximate.
• Final specifications will be as stated in the Agreement for Sale.

3. Not an offer

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy. A binding commitment arises only when a formal Agreement for Sale is executed.

4. Airbnb / homestay estimator

The estimator is illustrative. It assumes our end-to-end rental management service, under which the owner receives 60% of the nightly fare and Harisons Builders 40%; actual terms are as agreed in writing. Nightly rates, occupancy, costs and loan terms are assumptions and are not forecasts, guarantees or financial advice. Actual results depend on the market, season, operation and your own finance. Please take independent advice before investing.

5. Bookings and payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and management approval.
• Payment schedules are as stated in the Agreement for Sale.
• We are not bound by oral statements made by agents or representatives.
• Please pay only as set out in your Agreement for Sale and obtain a receipt.

6. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, belongs to Harisons Builders or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the website unlawfully, try to gain unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, or submit false information.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Harisons Builders is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. The website is provided “as is” without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Solan, Himachal Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
